Removal and Treatment
We are licensed by the HSE to remove and treat asbestos and have been doing so for over 25 years. During this time we have completed a varietyof projects ranging from the tiny (removing an asbestos garage roof) to the enormous (fully decontaminating a college in Marseille, France). We have experience of and been utilised by a wide range of industries including local government,nuclear, petrochemical and retail.
As well as holding a license from the HSE to remove asbestos we are also full contracting members of ARCA (see www.hse.gov.uk /asbestos/links.htm), the asbestos removal contractor’s trade association. Continued membership has
strict requirements including constant training and assessment, both of employees and the company. This means you can rest assured that all of our operatives and supervisors are fully qualified and have up-to-date training.
During a project we c an liaise with your supervisory staff so that progress can be controlled in accordance with a schedule. Agreed inspection procedures are carried out on all aspects of the work to ensure conformity to specification and method statement. As the work progresses a comprehensive record of inspection data is established and maintained. We will also liaise with local inspection authorities so that all statutory obligations are met. To help ensure the safety of all we place the utmost importance on our employees adhering to our health and safety policy, as well as the health and safety policies of other companies, in all our operational site activities.
We can also undertake feasibility studies to determine and
eradicate asbestos or any potentially dangerous situation that might arise.
